Finance your project through revenue sharing

An innovative and flexible non-dilutive financing model for your projects
Revenue sharing is a quasi-equity financing method that allows you to raise funds without diluting your capital, in exchange for a share of your revenue.

What is revenue sharing financing?

Revenue sharing financing is a model in which you, as the project owner, commit to paying a share of your future revenue to your investors. This means that you repay your investors with a percentage of your revenue, rather than with a fixed capital amount and interest.
No dilution of capital
You retain 100% control of your business.
Proportional return on performances
Payments to investors are directly linked to your economic performance. The more your revenue grows, the more royalties investors receive.

Advantages of revenue sharing financing

Non-dilutive financing
Raise funds without dilution: pay back a percentage of your revenue, with no fixed deadlines. You retain control of your capital, your strategy, and your vision.

Available from the start

From the earliest stages of your project, quickly mobilize financial resources without waiting for complex valuation or negotiating a partnership agreement.
Turnkey model, without legal complexity
No structuring fees or tedious negotiations. Set your own parameters (percentage of revenue, maximum target, minimum amount, schedule) and proceed at your own pace.
Structure and expand your love money

Involve your network in a clear and non-dilutive framework, while strengthening the credibility and scope of your project.

How does revenue sharing financing work on WE DO GOOD?

1. Submit your application

After completing the eligibility test and passing the due diligence phase, you work with our teams to determine the percentage you will pay, based on your financing needs, your existing or projected revenue, and your margin.

2. Prepare your fundraising campaign independently or with our advice
We can advise you on the steps to take to attract investors before, during, and after your fundraising campaign. But you can also conduct your fundraising independently if your investors are ready or if you already understand the ins and outs of crowdfunding.
3. Raise funds online
Your community can invest as an individual or legal entity starting at €100, with no maximum limit. Investments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or check. Everything is centralized on the platform, and your dashboard is updated automatically.
4. Pay your royalties, distributed directly to your investors
After the fundraising campaign, the distribution of royalties to your investors is managed automatically on the platform. We also take care of producing all accounting and tax documents, as well as providing support to your investors throughout the duration of the payment contract.
